Greta Holvik is a figurative artist based in Oslo, working primarily in oil on canvas, alongside graphite, charcoal and chalk drawing. Her work moves between portraiture, still life, landscape and larger figurative compositions, exploring memory, vulnerability and the quiet psychological presence of the human figure.

Drawing from photographs, life sittings and sketches, Holvik creates intimate and dreamlike works marked by stillness, sensitivity and emotional restraint. In 2024, she studied figurative painting with Odd Nerdrum and at Apollon Studio in Florence.
